Since launching as a pop-up in March 2007, Madewell (owned by J. Crew) has opened eight full-scale boutiques with another two on the horizon.
The merchandise is appealing and we love how the brand uses designer profiles to illustrate the brand values with a simple Q&A. It's a new and clever technique for humanizing the creative process and adding credibility.
