Australia's popup, float-down eatery was successfully funded on Pozible and will soon be launching grilled cheese sandwiches in New York City. 

Melbourne-based Jafflechutes takes orders via PayPal before launching hand-made pocket parachutes with toasted jaffles (an Australian term for sandwiches) into the sky for patrons below. According to the campaign, the expansion to North America is a temporary experiment to promote fun and discovery, while being intentionally profit-neutral.  

We love this whimsical sandwich-throwing venture and strongly believe that every city should have a Jafflechuting service to interject an element of surprise and sensory enrichment into lunch-hour. Watch the video here.
